Please plan to join us for our annual review, updating everyone on our association activities, expenses and the planned budget, the election results, and an open forum for questions.

HOMEOWNERS – If you haven’t already mailed the ballot: PLEASE BRING IT TO THE MEETING, DROP IT OFF AT THE MEETING OR GIVE IT TO A NEIGHBOR WHO IS GOING (but we’d love to see your smiling face there!)
We need at least 50% of all home owner votes for the election to be valid, per state law.
Please note – we have two candidates and two board vacancies.
