ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE MEETINGS
The Summerfield Architectural Committee typically meets at 6:30 p.m. on the first Tuesday of every month. The committee reviews any reported violations and reviews all Applications for Architectural Improvement. Homeowners wishing to submit an Application for Architectural Improvement should do prior to the monthly Architectural Committee Meeting.

ANNUAL MEETING
The Summerfield Homeowners Association holds an Annual Meeting in May of each year. At that time, the Board presents current financial statements, a budget for the new fiscal year, and holds elections for any Board openings.

NEIGHBORHOOD EVENTS
Occasionally, Summerfield organizes neighborhood gatherings throughout the year to bring old and new neighbors together to celebrate holidays such as the Fourth of July and Halloween. These pot-luck-style gatherings take place at the common area near the pool are great fun for residents of all ages.
