Welcome to Summerfield—a friendly neighborhood of 173 ranch-style homes in north Poway on the border of San Diego’s Rancho Bernardo community. Since it was established in 1971, Summerfield has been a desirable and affordable place to live and raise a family in North County. Summerfield residents enjoy:
- our own neighborhood pool located in the center of the community

- access to adjacent equestrian paths for walking, running or horseback riding
