Summerfield HOA Board Update
At the Special SHOA Board Meeting held on July 21, 2025, the Board formally acknowledged and recorded the receipt of Dan Carr’s written resignation. His resignation will be effective as of August 19, 2025.
We extend our sincere thanks to Dan for his service as President (1 year) and Special Projects (4 years). His leadership, time, and dedication have been invaluable to both the Board and our community.
Following this transition, the Board approved the following role changes:
- Michael Spring will move from Treasurer to President.
- Maria Stein will transition from Secretary to Treasurer.
- Anna Finnerty was nominated and approved to serve as Secretary.
- Denise Shields, Vice President and Architectural Committee Chair, and Donny Phonea, Special Projects, will continue in their current roles.
