Change of address? Change of tenant? LET US KNOW, PLEASE!

Owners (and property managers!) are required to provide and the Board is required to keep a current list of all owners and tenant contact information. (California Corp. Code §8320(a). and Civ. Code §4740(d).)

For landlords (absentee owners, agents with power of attorney) – we need to know YOUR address so we can send ballots for the board, annual dues invoices or any other official communications. We also need your phone and email so we can contact you if you forget to update your address with us (it happens too frequently – help us to stay in contact!) Also, if you switch property managers, let us know.

For property managers, we need to know if your contact info (address, phone, email) as well. You are a critical part of the relationship between the tenants, the owners and the HOA. If you stop being a property manager for a given property, please let us know!

If the home is not occupied by you the owner (your mailing address is somewhere else) and your tenant is a family member, the information for the family member must be provided.
