Spooktacular Chili Cook-Off – Oct 28!
Join us for the 2nd Annual Summerfield Spooktacular Chili Cook-Off!
Oct 28, 2018 3-6pm
Potluck by the pool area: BYOB and a chair.
Water, utensils & chili toppings provided
Kids in a costume get a special treat!

The pool will be closed Tuesday and Wednesday (Sep 4-5) while we replace all the leaking valves that have been causing our ongoing plumbing problems…
Reminder: Annual HOA Dues for 2018-2019
Our annual HOA dues are… well… due!
For all those who have paid already – thank you!
And for those who haven’t – it isn’t too late! Please go ahead and get them into the mail ($290, payable to Summerfield Homeowner’s Association, PO Box 28143, San Diego, CA 92198, by August 31). However, if you need another copy of your invoice, have questions or there is any issue with timing – please reach out (to summerfieldpoway@gmail.com) and let us know.

The pool will be closed Sunday and Monday morning (Aug 5-6) while we fix a plumbing problem…
2018 HOA Meeting Wrap Up
The meeting Thursday night (May 31) was well attended. Thanks to all who participated and those who couldn’t attend but sent in their ballots (we needed 88 and we had them!)
Bob McCleary was re-elected to the board for a 3 year term, and Manny Murguia was elected for a 3 year term, taking over for Dick Woodward. Many thanks to Dick for his service to the community for the past 6 years!
